ACS Enterprise started in 2019 with a straightforward purpose: give property owners in the Permian Basin a restoration company that shows up, does the work correctly, and handles the paperwork without leaving the homeowner to figure it out alone. Water damage does not wait for a convenient moment, and the company was built around that reality from the beginning.

What we do

Most of the calls that come in follow a recognizable pattern: a pipe failed overnight, a water heater let go, a storm pushed water through a roof or foundation, or a drain backed up and left sewage where it had no business being. The homeowner is standing in the middle of it, not sure whether to call a plumber, a contractor, or their insurance agent first. That is exactly the situation ACS Enterprise was set up to handle.

The work itself involves extracting standing water, drying structural materials to documented moisture levels, cleaning and sanitizing affected surfaces, and coordinating directly with insurance carriers so the claim moves forward without the property owner carrying the full financial weight up front. Carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and junk and debris removal round out the services, because water losses rarely leave just one thing to deal with. If a loss turns out to need mold remediation, fire restoration, or structural rebuild work, ACS will say so plainly and point you toward the right specialist rather than pretend the scope fits when it does not.
