Where we work

Our team operates out of Midland and covers a wide stretch of West Texas, including the greater Midland-Odessa metro and the smaller cities and communities that ring the basin. This part of Texas is defined by flat, caliche-heavy soil that sheds water quickly on the surface but gives it nowhere to go during heavy rains, pushing it toward foundations, window wells, and low-lying slabs. Older homes in established Midland neighborhoods often have pier-and-beam foundations or aging supply lines that are more vulnerable to sudden failures. We know the region’s housing stock and work accordingly.

Coverage by distance

The communities closest to our Midland base, including Odessa, Gardendale, and Greenwood, are typically our fastest to reach. From there we extend outward to communities like Andrews, Stanton, Big Spring, and Pecos. Further out, we serve areas across the broader Permian Basin corridor, including parts of Ector, Martin, Howard, and Reeves counties.

West Texas distances are real. A job in a remote area outside the metro will take longer to reach than one a few miles from our shop, and we will be straightforward with you about arrival windows when you call.
